1. Payment and Access

Once payment is successfully processed, users will gain access to the selected model exam(s) as per the chosen package. Access to the purchased exam(s) is non-transferable and valid for the specified duration mentioned during the purchase.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If users are unable to access the purchased model exam(s) due to a technical issue on our platform that is unresolved within 7 business days of reporting.
  • Incorrect Payment: If a user is charged incorrectly or for an exam package they did not select.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same model exam(s).

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: Once the model exam(s) is purchased, it cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
  • Completion of Exams: If the user has attempted or accessed the purchased model exam(s).
  • Expired Access: If the validity period of the purchased exam(s) has expired without use.
  • User Error: For incorrect selection of model exam(s) by the user.

2.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at support@easyetest.com within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Payment receipt or transaction ID.
    • Registered account details (email or username).
    • Description of the issue.

2.4 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Easyetest.com is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once a model exam or package is purchased, cancellations are not permitted, as the service is immediately activated upon payment.

4. Modification or Discontinuation of Exams

If a purchased model exam or package is discontinued for unforeseen reasons:

  • A suitable replacement will be offered, or
  • A partial or full refund may be issued, at Easyetest.com’s sole discretion.
